Alice

Alice is a American sitcom tv show which ran from August 3 1, 1976 on March 19, 1985 on CBS. The show is based on the 1974 film Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore. The show stars Linda Lavin from the title role, a widow who moves with her young son to start her life over and finds a job working at a diner on the outskirts of Phoenix, Arizona. The Majority of the incidents revolve around occasions at Mel's Diner.
